White Dogwood Flower Wrap Skirt by DM/AD RichmondVintage wraparound skirt. Cotton and dacron fabric blend in an antique white color with salmon colored applique. Skirt front has dogwood applique along with a bit of hand painting and the waist is trimmed with matching grosgrain ribbon. Excellent condition with no issues. Label is DM AD Richmond. Tagged a size small, but due to styling it can vary a great deal. The largest waist size would be approximately 28 inches and I think it could tighten up to
