Black Feathered Boater Hat by Marlea HatsBody is a black wool felt styled as a boater. Low crown with the narrow 2 1 4 inch circle brim which goes narrow in the back. Hatband is a black velvet and thick netting is tucked onto the brim, front and side. The front holds 4 large black feathers crossed at the base. They are original to the hat showing only color loss on the stems which could be touched up easily. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon. The only condition issue is
