An absolutely gorgeous rod in near mint condition, having been fished very sparingly. All sections are arrow straight. The grip is ever so slightly ridged in certain places. The rod weighs 4 3 8 oz. The ferrules are 11 64 and 16 64. Medium fast dry fly action. Comes with original bag and tube. Mr. Carpenter is a recognized master of the Catskill school of rod

The action is a crisp and smooth medium-fast dry-fly with a good bit of backbone should the wind pick up

Brushed aluminum reel seat hardware

Near mint condition with only minor handling marks

Chrome stripper and tip-tops

The nickel silver rims are in excellent condition as well with just a bit of tarnish from age that could be polished out easily by the next owner
