This big and bold Cabernet Sauvignon is made 100% from our estate grapes picked on December 7th, the latest picking in our history. The wine was aged 24 months in French oak barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered. 13. 4% alc., 300 cases made.
Reserve Red 2018 brings together estate grown Cabernet Franc
but then it hung around for a couple of months helping to ripen the grapes fully and saving what looked like a disastrous vintage
These grapes were carefully hand harvested and put across the softing table for close inspection prior to crush
