Piccadilly Soldered Mesh Purse Whiting & Davis Compact Sapphire Clasp Bag 1920s Flapper Evening Bag Formal Purse RAREThis is a lovely antique early 1920's Whiting & Davis soldered silver mesh Piccadilly purse with powder compact and sapphire clasp. It has a blue sapphire gemstone set in the clasp; and the little tab below the compact can be pulled down to open the spring loaded lid of the powder compact. It snaps shut tightly to keep powder secure. The mirror is in good condition; with only very slight haze. It also comes with the original powder puff. The piece is

This is a lovely vintage 1950's gold tone Volupte Carryall powder compact purse with a black moiré carrying case

It also has a dial sifter style loose powder compartment that is empty
